We are pleased to announce the expansion of our senior team with a new member. Kristián Hloušek joined us in September 2024 as Strategy Director.

Kristián Hloušek brings over 15 years of experience to his new role. He has worked with agencies such as Proximity, where he focused on the strategic leadership of international digital projects for clients like P&G and Mondelez, and Sixty Degrees, a leading independent agency based in Qatar, where he spent the last 9 years. In the Middle East region, Kristián contributed to projects for clients such as Ahlibank, Commercial Bank Qatar, Geely, Genesis, Hyundai, Northwestern University, Ooredoo, QatarEnergy, and Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som.

In addition to developing communication and especially digital strategies, Kristián has been involved in brand strategy projects for numerous clients, whether it was creating a new identity and launching a brand or repositioning existing brands. He also has extensive experience in marketing research and focuses on integrating marketing communication with customer experience (CX).

Kristián brings to our team deep knowledge of these principles as well as practical international experience across various industries. Kristián Hloušek is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University, the University of Leicester, and the Valar Institute, Quantic School of Business and Technology. Recently, he completed the Stern Leadership Academy program in collaboration with Stanford Graduate School of Business. In the field of customer experience, he holds the Bain Certified CX Practitioner certification.
